Location: A self contained unit located in the seaside town of Newhaven, close to the boat ramp, yacht club and only 10 minutes walk to the local swimming beach. Newhaven is the first town as you enter Phillip Island and ideally located to visit San Remo and Phillip Island attractions.
Property Details: This delightful unit is situated at the rear of the property, the owners live in the front house, but privacy is assured. The unit has one bedroom, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. A single bed and fold out sofa bed in the lounge room provides for 2 additional people. Parking is available on the street, however garage parking can be arranged for motorbikes for the MotoGP and Superbike events.
Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed. Plus single bed and fold out sofa bed in lounge room- linen and towels are provided.
Booking Conditions: No Smoking. No pets. This property does not cater for children under 2 years old or party groups.Credit card may be required as security.

Cancellation Policy
Special Events Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Special Event Periods include but are not limited to Christmas New Year Phillip Island Moto GP V8 Supercars and World Superbikes events. Guests will be informed that the period they have requested is a Special Event Period and that the Special Events Cancellation Policy applies at the time of reservation. All reservations require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking some properties require full payment at the time of booking. The full balance of the reservation is required not less than 14 days before the commencement of the booking or the booking may be cancelled. If a reservation is cancelled the deposit will be refunded if the property is rebooked for the same dates at the same or greater tariff or at the discretion of the operator. A $50 administration fee will be retained by the Phillip Island Information Centre out of all refunds issued.
Standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all reservations not subject to the Special Events Cancellation Policy. A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees whichever is greater is required to confirm reservations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Cheques and money orders will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for postage and clearing. If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refunded less $10 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the commencement of the booking the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees whichever is greater. If guests fail to take up accommodation the booking will be automatically cancelled and a fee of 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees whichever is greater.
