La Cenerentola (Cinderella) by Rossini

Lyster Opera performs Rossini's hilarious take on the Cinderella story, La Cenerentola by Rossini, as part of its Victorian regional tour.

After playing to sold out houses across Victoria, this will be the final performance of this critically acclaimed production at Cowes Uniting Church, on 21 January at 7:30pm.

Mandy Lyn Brook takes on the role of Cinderella, with Hew Wagner as her handsome Prince Ramiro.

Acclaimed baritone Michael Lampard takes on the role of Dandini, with Helen Koehne and Angelique Tot as Clorinda and Tisbe, Cinderella's conniving sisters. Jamie Moffat returns as Don Magnifico, with Luke Belle as Alidoro and James Park as a Cavalier of the Court. Musical direction and accompaniment is by Pamela Christie.
