Lyrebird Presents at Meeniyan - The Delines with Jimbo Mathus

Love Police presents a taste of Real American Music with the return of Portland's The Delines and the Australian debut of Mississippi's Jimbo Mathus this June.

Touring Australia for just the second time on the back of the acclaimed release of their 2022 album The Sea Drift, The Delines are the result of the musical collaboration Willy Vlautin and singer Amy Boone.

Performing in Australia for the first time (as a solo artist), Jimbo Mathus is an American original who has blazed a singular trail since selling over three million records with New Orleans swing outfit Squirrel Nut Zippers in the '90s. Having most recently collaborated with Andrew Bird on their shared release These 13, Jimbo has also played guitar for Buddy Guy (circa Sweet Tea and Blues Singer) and has become one of 21st Century America's most profound artists.

It’s going to be a night of great, great music this June when these two champs of tunes share the Meeniyan stage.
