Arts Trail Sale

The work of more than 16 South Gippsland artists is coming to the Meeniyan Town Hall for the very first Arts Trail Sale this October.

This creative event showcases a range of artists selling their work. The event includes ceramicists, jewellers, metal and wood workers, a basket-maker, painters and printmakers, as well as Devonshire teas, cakes, and flowers. The Arts Trail Sale is on the last weekend of the Art Connect Arts Trail & Open Studio program.

This market-style event is the work of three South Gippsland ceramic artists, Kate Stuart, Ann-Maree Gentile and Nicky Fraser who, under the banner of 'CLAY.made', are part of a growing artist-led effort across South Gippsland to create opportunities for artists to show and sell their work locally.

All three artists are passionate about the place of art in the community and have put together this event to celebrate South Gippsland artists and bring together the quality and diversity of local art at the Meeniyan Town Hall.
