The Great Witch Hunt

Fire up your broom and prepare to join The Great Witch Hunt Event occurring across the Bass Coast Shire right throughout the month of October every year. Purchase your ticket to hunt to get a map that outlines where you will find up to 80 witches at businesses throughout Bass Coast.

Locate and note down the unique identification number of at least 20 witches across at least three different Bass Coast towns to enter the draw to win great prizes including accommodation vouchers and vouchers to various exciting attractions found in Bass Coast.

Enjoying the hunt? Then keep going and find a total of 60 or more witches to automatically be entered in the bonus draw to win extra prizes. The main prize in 2024 is a family accommodation stay at the Kilcunda Oceanview Holiday Park.

The 'tickets to hunt' will be available from late September from Bass Coast Shire Visitor Information Centres and also online and the witches will be on display for the entire month of October.
