Wellness modalities include magnesium float therapy, vibro-acoustic sound lounge sessions, sauna and cold plunge experiences, steam suite rituals, medical- grade red light therapy and specialised lymphatic drainage treatments with a trained Lymphoedema Practitioner.
All treatments are guided by a clinically informed approach to lymphatic health and nervous system regulation, located in San Remo, Phillip Island.
