It is a short drive to all local attractions including surf beaches, walking tracks, race track, Cowes oneway or San Remo the other, Churchill Island and Phillip Island Chocolate Factory to name a few.

Hero: And if walking or driving is not for you, maybe try a helicopter directly from the Lakehouse backyard to a destination or simply a tour around Phillip Island.

Property Details: Four of the six modern bedrooms have ensuites and look out over the water, facing east for those amazing sunrise moments. If early mornings aren’t your thing, just press a button and the automatic block-out blinds will do the rest. The kitchen opens onto a large deck with a BBQ area, leading straight to the lake with jetty. With your own mini beach, a gym, a spacious AV room and a separate kids’ room, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained or give you space to unwind. Surrounded by farmland, Lakehouse Estate is very tranquil built around the lake where you will see fish jumping and if lucky enough, turtles swimming.
