Description
Starting in 1982, PICAL is a non-profit community based organisation providing recreational, educational and welfare services to reflect the needs of all age groups within the Phillip Island community. Each week members of our community enjoy a safe, friendly and stimulating environment in which every individual is informed and empowered to achieve to their full potential, regardless of their skill level.
PICAL also provide a vital service to those who find themselves experiencing financial hardship through our emergency food relief service known as PICAL’s Pantry, as well as support through services such as counselling, free hearing tests, employment services and a Centrelink Agency.
