Stay safe while visiting Phillip Island and Bass Coast
The Island's only Surf Life Saving Club.
The Woolamai Beach Surf Life Saving Club is the only SLSC on Phillip Island, watching over the longest and most exposed beach on Phillip Island. Founded in 1959, the Club is a voluntary organisation offering summer beach patrols and water safety courses. Volunteer surf lifesavers rescue an average of 55 people annually. The Club also offers over 300 children the opportunity to participate in the Woolamai Beach Surf Life Saving Club Nippers program. In a fun environment, children meet new friends and learn water safety and survival skills. Anyone can enrol in the Surf Rescue Certificate and become a life saver too.
